We have lesson horses available for an additional $300 USD for the week. Use of Jim's lesson horses aren't guaranteed, it is on a first come, first serve basis and pending availability.

Yes, at an additional cost of $40 per day for non-riding guests. This cost is to cover meals. However, we do request that you let us know right away so meals can be planned accordingly.

Jim’s flight and accommodation. Jim will cover the cost of travel and accommodation upfront and will apply that cost to your final bill once the clinic is complete. If you’re able to pick Jim up from the airport, that would be appreciated but not required.

No, Jim’s preference is to stay at a nearby hotel/Airbnb.

Yes, of course! If you could arrange this with another barn organizer and pending Jim’s availability, we would be happy to accommodate.

If the clinic is within the continental US, Jim's fee is $1,200 USD / day, minimum of 3 days. For international clinics, Jim's fee is $1,500 USD / day. Travel expenses and accommodations are extra. It’s the organizer’s responsibility to determine a clinic participant fee, usually splitting Jim's daily rate and adding incidentals and profit.
